3. Platform Usage
For Stores:

Stores must ensure all listed items are accurately described and fairly priced.

Items must be available for pickup within the communicated timeframe.

Stores are responsible for timely fulfillment of orders and maintaining product quality.
For Customers:

Customers must provide accurate information when placing orders.

Orders must be collected at the designated ParkThrough Pickup Spot within the specified timeframe.

ParkThrough is not liable for discrepancies in orders after collection.
4. Pricing and Payments

Prices on ParkThrough are determined by participating stores.

ParkThrough operates on a net-zero commission structure; however, minor service fees may apply.

Payments must be completed through the platform at the time of order placement.
5. Order Fulfillment and Pickup

Customers will receive real-time updates on their order status, including when it is ready for pickup.

ParkThrough is not responsible for order delays caused by stores or external factors.

Customers must verify their orders at the time of pickup.
6. Cancellations and Refunds

Stores may cancel orders due to item unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers can cancel orders within a limited timeframe before order preparation begins.

7. Limitation of Liability
ParkThrough functions solely as a facilitator between stores and customers. ParkThrough is not responsible for:

Disputes arising between customers and stores.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:

Providing false information when placing orders or listing items.

Engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to exploit the platform.

9. Force Majeure
